Lowest light ever in lights and lighting accessories

They are useless, I bought the brightest bulbs available and these lights are so poorly made they don't even shine bright enough to be seen at night. I have to turn on my headlights to see anything at all. At first the light was aimed straight at the ground, after full adjustment they still only go up about half the height they should. It's scary driving at night with such poor light. Now I have to return them and figure out how to take them out and put new ones in. This is complete nonsense.
