The support is great, fast response time to all questions I've had over email or in chat are always friendly & helpful! Very easy for beginners like me who have no idea what they're doing when it comes to web hosting services (but don't worry - that's why we came here!).

Their shared plans were very affordable compared to other providers out there at similar price points. My site was down once due to an issue outside their control but after contacting them via phone / livechat within minutes my website started working again without any problems.
