The best thing about this software is that it helped me to organize my files into different folders which makes them easy to access whenever needed. I dislike almost everything about this product but most important would be its price tag. It was too expensive for what you get from it. However, if your budget allows then go ahead otherwise there are many other options available out there which can help you achieve same results at much lower costs. We used this tool as an inventory control system and also as a way to track our project status and tasks within each department.
