It's like disappearing into a cloud.
I have a medium firm mattress and it was too firm for my liking. I've tried softening it with an alternative down pillow, but it didn't work. Add this memory foam topper and an alternative feather pillow topper and it's perfect. Very supportive yet soft so it won't hurt your hips or shoulders if you sleep on your side and it won't hurt your back if you sleep on your back.
