Actually fit 4/5! This particular dress is a red dress

I ordered two from this brand.
The other 4/5 didn't fit, too long! And fits my 7 year old! But this red dress with pink stripes fits perfectly! It reached her ankles but wasn't as long as all the others! My four year old is 3"2. I love this one! This is a shearable material, not cotton.
