It's beautiful. It's wearable. It's just a fan, no air conditioning. When you receive the product, the box will say "Fan". Works no better and no worse than a conventional fan. I've tried cold water, ice water, and ice and it hasn't blown any colder than my regular fan or chilled the room. Also, the filter started to darken after 1 use. So if you're looking for a personal fan this might be for you, but I'm sure there are cheaper versions that work just as well.
