I'm sorry I ordered unscented because the coconut scented Ome is light and pleasant. This one lathers just as well if you don't want a scent. Sometimes foam pumps fail. Foam is much easier when washing a baby than a gel pump or standard shampoo. It's easier to get rid of hair so that it participates in grooming
