Compatibility was my biggest concern as many reviewers complained that their iPads didn't fit properly. I have a 12.9 inch iPad Pro (2nd generation), model #MQDA2LL/A. The product itself claims to be compatible with iPad 2015 and 2017. This information is meaningless if you can't remember when you bought it, or even if the seller sold it. If you bought it, you have the current device. I have a regular iPad with a Speck case and it fits perfectly. This case also fits my 12.9" iPad Pro perfectly. After pressing three sides, I noticed that the fourth side wasn't fully down, so I ran my thumb along the edge and was greeted with a satisfying plastic rim- Click on the last edge rewarded. The iPad now fits under the case edge with its glass surface on all sides. I'm very happy with this case. However, I didn't put it through a 4 foot drop test!
