Review on Big Bang by John Hall

I've worked with many other companies that use this software; as I am no longer at those locations, my references are less than perfect. This system works very well - it's easy enough to master without becoming too complex. The reporting options are flexible and can be customized down to specific department level if needed. It was fairly intuitive once you get past the initial setup. At some point there will need to be an upgrade which should make the interface easier. I'm glad someone created something like this otherwise this would never see much success in North America. Using Bb to manage information about project status, team members (including subcontractors), deliverables etc across several projects within an RFI or procurement portfolio. The team's knowledge and experience are exceptional. They deliver results quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail is impressive. I would highly recommend working with Team BB. They are experts in their field and always get it done right! Nothing at this time. Working with BigBang has been a great experience. We were able to implement new software into our environment and solve some IT issues as well. It was a positive experience for our staff so far.
