The ease of use, that is really what makes this software so great! It's super easy for our team members who have never used it before but also very intuitive if you've been using other tools in your day-to-day work life. Sometimes there can be some lag time between when we submit new data or changes with regards to user permissions/settings. This has happened more than once during my tenure at our agency, which was unfortunate because they were quick fixes (usually within minutes). Definitely recommend trying out their demo first - no one should feel like they're being sold something without having any idea how well it will actually perform. They offer demos every month and make sure everyone gets hands-on experience with them. Our clients' privacy policies require us to ask permission from users prior to collecting personal information about them. With this tool, all of those processes become seamless.
