These matching leggings and socks run a little small. However as the leggings have matching socks this was not a problem as the socks can be pulled up to fit the bottom of the leggings. They stretch very well and fit well. They are thick, reminiscent of a sweater, but stretch like very thick tights. This was a life saver for our daughter who loves to wear dresses in our very cold winter!
