I purchased this massage tool hoping to relieve some of my muscle tension, but it ended up causing me more discomfort than relief. The material felt cheap and abrasive against my skin, and the pressure was too intense despite trying to adjust the settings. Thanks to the knowledge gained in practice, I would not recommend this product for anyone's health and household. The only pro was that it was waterproof, but that hardly outweighs the negative experience. Save your money and invest in a higher quality massager.
