Not persistent, dodgy customer service.

Very thick and warm. However, one sleeve had a hole after wearing it once. Update: Support offered me a replacement. He then canceled the offer and offered a 10% discount. Then 25%. Then 50% discount. Then they took offense and said their product was paid for. I will not buy from this shop nor do I recommend it.
