Bought for use in the car on holiday. I plugged it into the car outlet and turned it on. A minute after we started using it, we felt the smell of burning. The pad stopped working so we unplugged it and saw that the plug had melted. Not only that, the cigarette lighter socket fuse has blown. We had to wait until we reached our destination and found an auto repair shop to buy a new fuse. The seat cushion not only died for us, but also created a great inconvenience for our trip. When a fuse blew on the road we were unable to charge our phones or GPS. I would throw this product away completely and try another option. Complete defect!
