I bought a bag for my sister two years ago and she really liked it, so I decided to buy the same one last year, but unfortunately didn't have time. not that impressed with the quality. The zipper didn't work properly when I got it but I didn't think it was a big deal but the extension handle clip broke recently and I just feel like the quality of my bag wasn't as good as I have found other bags have seen.
