I love my Bubula! I have a 6 month old baby who is now eating solid foods which causes diapers to smell bad. This basket contains all the smells and allows me to use garbage bags instead of buying special bags. It fits quite a lot of diapers. I empty it once a week to throw smelly diapers in the trash before the garbage man comes, but it can easily store diapers for 1.5-2 weeks. I also appreciate the ease of use of this basket. I can put a diaper in this basket with one hand and have the other hand free to hold the baby. I recently had an issue with Bubula where the lid broke and wouldn't close. I was disappointed as I had only had one for 2 months and was expecting a better product given the price. I contacted the company through their website and was shocked to see that they responded to my complaint within 10 minutes! Seriously, 10 minutes later I got an email from them. Not a system generated email saying they received my email and will contact me in X hours/days, but a response addressing my issue. They apologized and said they had a batch with a bad needle and they would send me a new cap home for free. It's been a while since I've had a positive customer service experience and it makes me love my Bubula even more! I highly recommend this product and company!
