I've been waiting for the post office for a few days. My hamstrings were very tight and tender for a week after training them for the first time in 6 months. They felt very sensitive and hurt when stretched. I originally wanted to get a massage gun because I needed something deep but opted for these attachments instead as it was a cheaper option. I literally just got them, attached to my smaller back puzzle, and my wife dug in. Almost as good as going to the bathroom after a long drive. It was a bit painful at first because I had my puzzle speed set to high, but after a bit of tweaking I slowed it down, which felt a bit deeper. It's like my hamstrings have separated and I have good range of motion and stretch in my back. I was skeptical but it worked. The smaller and harder black rubber bits feel like they will last a while, I don't know about the orange sponge ball, it looks soft and looks like it will wear off after a while. The metal tip itself feels hard and stiff, I tried bending the tip myself and didn't notice any deformation. A bit pricey for a metal head and three rubber/foam heads, but damn I can straighten my leg again!
