July from KELIIYO contacted me in November 2019 about my problem with the HDMI splitter. Even though the warranty period had expired, she offered to return the money or replace the product. I have decided on a replacement. The replacement works as advertised. Thanks Juli and KELIIYO, I appreciate the proactive good customer service! I leave my first review below. I bought this splitter in November 2017 to split the signal from my computer between my second monitor and my 4k TV. I hooked everything up internally and everything was fine and working as I expected. About 6 months after purchase, the splitter started to fail. It will go on and off. I tried unplugging and plugging all the cables back in, which worked a couple of times, then the signal completely stopped sending anything to one of my devices.
