This pump comes standard with a 24mm flange and two inserts (21mm and 19mm), saving you money on insert purchases. separately. It has 3 suction modes and 9 suction levels, which is not bad for this type of pump. The pump isn't the quietest, but it's not loud either. I also like the fact that I can bend over easily so the milk doesn't spill. I love it overall.
