This is a very good product. I have nothing to complain about. I can probably wear (s) but ordered (m) for a looser fit. The reason for the 4 stars is because of how I had to do the exchange. 1st and 2nd package are packed completely differently. The first came with nothing but a strap and the end of the strap was damaged. (Cut) I think it was someone's return (no order form, exchange/refund form or anything). So I went online but only the return form was available. (Exchange form not found) Return slip printed out and sent back. At the same time I ordered another one, which I had to pay for again. Hope for a refund soon. (They said my refund would be made after they received the item back.) BTW the 2nd package had a return/exchange form which I don't need. I go as 2.
