frustrating

I received the flowchart template yesterday. I am disappointed in this product. First, it's very thin, which makes you wonder if it will hold up with use. Second, it was sent in a box that was too small, so it was creased in the box. The kink is still there, I haven't been able to straighten it, I hope it works out eventually, but no luck so far.
