So I've been hiking in 4x4s for a long time. I usually like to take my Luggable Loo for rock or wood when I need to answer nature's call. I also don't care if people see anything when I'm using a portable propane hot shower. However, when you have people you don't know that well, or women's beliefs about them, it kind of goes out the window. Several of my friends have places to stay, but none of them have been on a recent trip (yes, we've been socially distancing from other people) so I had to buy places to stay. There are two styles: pop-up view (like here) and barred type. I definitely wanted pop up style. Most of them are the same, either open top or closed top. However, I chose this one because it is open but comes with a lid that is easy to put on. It lifts up easily and does what it's supposed to do, shielding you from prying eyes while you go about your business or take a shower. Surprisingly, I was able to grab it without too much trouble. That's always been an issue with them (at least for me), so I was surprised when I got it on the third or fourth try. There are instructions but they are not the clearest. The trick for me was to tilt the top towards me instead of doing it from the side. So, it works well, modesty prevailed, and I showered anyway.
