Great for exercising but kept deflating after a few uses.
Good size ball and comes with all the things you needs to get it pumped up but I did noticed that after using it a few times it deflated quite a bit and I kept having to pump it up again. Now without an electric pump, this in itself is a workout using a manual small pump. I didnt do anything differently than usual for it to deflate so quickly so I'm not sure why it kept losing air so fast.

- The XGEAR Exercise Ball may not be suitable for individuals over a certain weight limit, limiting its usage for larger, more overweight individuals
