Ladies this will not stretch. It is exactly what they say the measurements will be. If you have a 30" waist like me, it fits perfectly, with a bit of wiggle room, but it can geta bit uncomfortable if you eat a lot. It's absolutely adorable, long enough to cover about an inch or two below my bubble butt, so it's even longer on someone with a smaller butt! It's pleated all around, so if it's super windy and you're not an exhibitionist, I would suggest wearing some biker shorts or something under it because it will fly up. I have the balck one with two white stripes and the red and black plaid one, both fit the same and are totally adorable! And they was and dry well in cold water and delicate dry and wash. Oh and the fabric is pretty thick, so no need to worry about being see through at all!
