Black, blue and yellow work, but magenta does not print. I spent tons of ink cleaner heads 8 times. EIGHT TIMES! And magenta still doesn't print. I aligned the heads, checked the injectors several times, cycled them, cleaned and cleaned. It has never used magenta since I installed it. Not the best product if I'm missing one of the 4 colors!
