I bought this belt to wear when traveling abroad. In particular, to avoid removal at airport security checks. I've been asked many times to remove it. The authorities allowed me to keep it, stating it was plastic because they thought I would fail. It's always been trouble free. My plastic zippers on my shirt and pants are alarming at times. The leather color of the belt ran and stained my pants. I sweat. It's hot in India. My sweat also caused the color to seep into another pair of pants, but not as noticeable. Very happy with the belt. Would buy again. Just stay out of the pouring rain and don't sweat! Might be a little harder to adjust the length but I don't see where that is the problem. Adjust once and you're done.
