I liked the overall size of this bag but the straps were a little wide and cut my arms when using it as a backpack with a short sleeve top and they were a bit wide over the shoulder , when used as a bag. I wish the open pockets were deeper - they aren't very deep and close at the top so you can only fit a small item. They weren't big enough for my iPhone 7. But the two zipped pockets worked well (one inside, one outside). The straps are adjustable, but tend to slip. But it is light and at the same time very strong - the bottom is reinforced to keep it flat, and it seems that it will be difficult for someone to cut it. Overall the bag is good, especially for the price!
