Screen protectors work, but only to protect your screen from scratches.
I bought these screen protectors for my iPad 5th. Generation and they work great keeping my screen from scratching. NOTE: These screen protectors are made of PLASTIC, not glass (tempered). That means these screen protectors only help prevent your iPad screen from getting scratched! If you want to better protect your iPad screen, I recommend you to buy a tempered glass screen protector. Overall I'm happy with this purchase, can't complain, at least my screen is protected from scratches.
