I don't actually take this for my knee. Finding my knees but I'm someone who loves high pillows. I got 10 minutes of sleep in the middle of the day. I can put it on a table and it provides enough support for my head and neck and my head doesn't move as there is a groove for it to fit. And when I got up after a nap, my face was not covered with wrinkles. Simple solution for what I need. I have tried regular pillows but they are more comfortable than regular pillows as you don't lie down fully. Try it, you might like this new usage.
