Review on Melissa Doug Patrol Scratch 3 Pack by Mike Ramani

This is a very fun, unique and exciting coloring book for children. My daughter is only 3.5 years old which is a little under the recommended age but she loves doing it. She was interested in the characters in Paw Patrol and I enjoyed watching her hold her pen properly and work on her hand-eye coordination. I remember having them as a kid and I'm glad my daughter took an interest in them too. A spiral bound book is easy to lay out so she can focus on one picture at a time. There are three books in the set and she spent 15 minutes working on them while working on them. They are high quality and although they make a bit of a mess, they are easy to clean. If you are unfamiliar with this, use the wooden stylus (included) and scratch the black layer over the image to bring out the colors. The black layer peels off to reveal the image underneath. So if you're worried about a mess I would do it with a wooden floor underneath or put a rug underneath to make cleaning easier.
