UPDATE: After sleeping on this pillow for four months it's time for a change. I just can't deal with his harshness. I do not recommend it for stomach sleepers. My sleep over the past month and a half has become uncomfortable and I wake up many times during the night. One night I rolled onto my side, felt my neck at such an awkward angle and realized it was the pillow disturbing my precious sleep. If you don't like hard pillows at all, this pillow is NOT for you! My pillow got clean despite other people's reviews. I've been sleeping on a pillow for a week now. It took me a few nights to get used to it. My latest innovative sleeping pillow was very different. I loved this thing and had it too long. That's why I ordered these. It feels cool, but once the pillowcase is thrown over it I no longer feel cool. I will not sleep on an uncovered pillow. I didn't get too hot, maybe this pillow will help. She is very firm. Don't expect to sink into this pillow like a downy feather. Again. It's VERY solid. I sleep on my side and on my stomach. After the last few nights I have found that I slept excellently. I really like this pillow. Only four stars because it's not the best pillow I've slept on. It was just picked up by a garbage man.
