The product itself is fine although the balls seem to be softer than the ones I used at the PT office. I specifically chose this seller because of the promised shipping. They were "prescribed" by my physiotherapist for use during my planned trip. Unfortunately they were delayed and it was too late to order elsewhere before I left for the trip.
