Why don't you answer

Can someone please contact me for an exchange. I used it once and the hand came loose in my hand. Very disappointed. The screen of my iPad Pro 12.9 almost broke. Looks like a person came. Otherwise it would be great. Can someone please send me another one as this one was obviously defective. This is my fifth attempt to contact your company.
