Error after 45 days. Service not responding

It was great until it worked. It doesn't start suddenly. I contacted LG and they promised to send me a return label. Nothing for a week. Sent a letter twice. No Answer. I spoke to the support team who created the reference number. He said a return label would be emailed to me. Nothing. I contacted Raven. Revain created a money-back return label but withdrew $80.
