The brush heads that came with the toothbrush fit well, although many reviewers said they were very difficult to put on and take off to clean. Gas stations go halfway and that's it. The brush still works, although I'm not sure if the performance is the same. Everything seems fine. I will not be buying refills in the future unless the supplier fixes the fit issue. The brush itself is much less powerful than my Sonicare. Luckily I can now buy Sonicare triple brush heads so I can just stick with it and not use the triple bristle brush too often. I switched between them.
