For a Tiny Head best in my review
It's a very cute hat. The flamingos are embroidered on well and the material is a nice cotton. I was really excited to wear it. However, it was slightly too small and did not fit around my head comfortably. It fit but there was too much pressure for me to wear comfortably. Returned unfortunately.
