It's 3 stars because it was waterproof so obviously at that price I trusted it. Well it was raining more than the usual light rain and I was thinking about my laptop so I checked every zipper. I lost my laptop and there is a watermark on my computer screen (lost warranty (big L)) otherwise the bag is great. I used it in Egypt where backpacks usually leave huge sweat stains as this one was +100F. better. The storage and division of the bag is interesting. You can pack a lot and it's still very comfortable. So far my longest full weight ride has been around 1:30-2 hours with over 12kg and despite the weight it was definitely doable. So it would be 5 stars if my laptop didn't look like this
