9/30/21: Update We initially had problems with pillows that were too high after washing. Even after trying to flatten the pillows with weight, they failed. The company contacted and gave some suggestions and then sent another set of pillows. After the same wash/dry as the first set, they are MUCH better. The original set was 6 inches at the highest point, but the new set is only 3, which is much more comfortable for our little one! 10/10 for product and customer service! I am very happy with these pillows for our little one. We have other KeaBabies products and they are absolutely wonderful. These pillows arrived in a box, in a shrink bag that flattened them - no problem, we knew the pillows would pill after decompressing and washing. They have been washed according to the cold/soft cycle instructions. When dry they are too fluffy for our little one! It's putting so much strain on his neck that he doesn't want to use them. Try putting some weight on the pillows to help making them flat but no luck at all.Poor pillows for our baby. :(
