These bags cost 0.13 cents each - I have a feeling that the compromise is the thickness quality. To ship the good products you've been selling, you don't want your packaging to be compromised and look cheap. I am very concerned that the edges of my hardcover books will be punctured and this is generally unacceptable. As a result, I will not use them for such books. You should hold out for paperbacks and paperbacks though. I would wrap paperbacks in bubble wrap for protection. After using them for a while I will update this review if I find this product is holding up better than expected.
