I needed a sweat waist trainer that didn’t roll and that I could get tight on my own without help. I love that it is ribbed and also has velcro across. It doesn’t roll and you can seen the progress with the different hook sizes. Love this and I want another one for daily use, so it doesn’t have the gym sweat on it
- I bought a large I’m 5’9 206lbs and it fits good and you can breathe pretty comfortable as well
