First the pros: They are AMAZING. They match perfectly with other quartz peripherals. I had no trouble connecting the app when my headphones were connected to the computer. I've also had no issues with multiple audio channels open at the same time (like Discord and a video game). The headphones paired easily and stayed paired. The app is intuitive and easy to use. The sound was great. It had a slightly "muffled" sound at first, but that was easy to change with the app. I used the Boosted Bass preset and they were perfect. Now for the cons: sometimes the headset would become "crisp" when you toggled between game mode and normal mode. In a short testing time I found that the only way to fix this is to either unpair your device or disable it completely. The HUGE downside for me (which I know is very personal) is that these things are HUGE. If you have the original Krakens and are tuned to the coolest or second coolest setting, you don't need them. I know my head is smaller but I'm definitely the target audience for this headset (girls, loves pink, gamers etc) so I didn't expect them to be as big as they are. When I place them where they are supposed to be there is easily 2 inches between my head and the headband. It really sucks because I really wanted to love her. Unfortunately I am returning them and going back to my wired Krakens. Hopefully Razer will make them a little smaller or even take the base model of the Kraken and make them Bluetooth. If they did I would be very happy.
