Not satisfied with this item. There were no instructions in the box showing how to change the pens, there were other items in the box and I have no idea what they are supposed to be used for. I tried to get instructions through Revain but it was very frustrating and unsuccessful. I don't have to look for instructions on the ordered and paid for goods. They must be activated. Dissatisfied!
