They work as described / won't last many washes

They work exactly as they should block urine. In fact, I was only "saved" to use them once as our twins don't seem to pee during the changes after I started using them. I think this is because they also protect that part of the anatomy from cold air and prevent the baby from urinating in the first place. Either way, they will keep you from peeing. I only gave three stars as they are quite inferior. After a few washes they are already torn. They are also slightly different in material than I expected, more like a tapered toe.
