I sweat every day and curl them for work every morning and I still don't have much hair fall. Every week I wash my hair with and condition it thoroughly. I trim the ends from time to time to keep my hair looking fresh. The hair holds the curve perfectly. I curl her every other day and the curls stay up even when I exercise.
