Love it! I always feel like tossing a coin when a product doesn't already have many reviews or ratings (or customer photos) and the ones I have to leave don't exactly get high praise. But I figured it wouldn't be that expensive, especially since I only bought one for my table, not a set of 4 for a table or anything, so I went ahead and ordered. I'm glad I did! Arrived on time and very well packaged but also didn't require a machete or heavy sweat to open and unwrap which was nice. Literally 1 step to assemble it. Only 4 screws to attach the base to the seat. A hex wrench is included in the package in case you don't already have 47 of these for no apparent reason like I do, and the 4 little black pieces (see photo) are really just spare leg gear (very technical I know). to the end of the legs so as not to scratch the floor. The set was already there, so only extras - nice too 👌🏼 The faux leather looks nice and the white (what I ordered) is real pure white, not ivory or anything. Just sat in to test the comfort and it's as expected. This is not a spring chair with lumbar support, and I ordered it because I knew I could throw a sheepskin over it if I planned to work late at my desk. But as someone with chronic back pain (a dislocated disc in the lower back), I don't immediately notice any problems with it. Again, this is a plastic chair and I knew that when I bought it I just had to meet your expectations 🤷🏻‍♀️ Overall I'm very happy with it! Very easy to unpack and assemble, comes with additional spare parts, is as comfortable as you can expect from a plastic chair with minimal padding, and looks fantastic! I've included a few photos, hopefully to reassure those who are as skeptical as I am of a product with few reviews. Definitely recommend if you're on the fence!
