I really liked this pen. Writes well, the stylus is excellent. it was exactly what i was looking for. Until I noticed the design flaw. The pen tip on the pen (not the cap) is a press fit and the ink cartridge inside is spring loaded to apply back pressure to this pen tip and over time the press fit will not stay engaged enough. When this happens, the pen can no longer function properly without constantly holding the pen tip in your hand. What makes this situation a serious problem? I work in the operating room and this morning my pen failed in such a way that the spring loaded ink cartridge flew out on its own and the pen tip flew out of the pen and hit the wall. It all ended well, but it could become a serious problem if it spills onto a patient or onto a sterile field. I like the pen but I won't risk it again as I think it's a design flaw and not something specific to this pen. If the needle tips were just screwed in instead of pressed in, that wouldn't be a problem.
