I like that I can fully customize the lighting settings. It took me a little time to figure out how to assemble it because there were no instructions. I can sit in complete darkness and it will illuminate me perfectly. I do not recommend sitting in the dark for a long time with such a light in your eyes, as this causes a headache. The ring light also conceals skin imperfections.
