Decided to send in this product out of desperation. I've had leg pain issues for years. Work on concrete floors and work in two shifts. Poorly. Not better, but worse. Bunions of the big toes, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, pinched nerves, burning, pain, swelling, numbness. I've been using a leg roll and a softer ball (haven't gotten to a harder one yet) for a little less than a week and WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? I can walk and I don't want to cry until I get home. I can get out of bed in the morning and don't feel like I'm walking on stones. I don't have to ignore my aching, burning feet and pray that I can sleep at night. It may not eliminate heel numbness, but it does relieve the underlying pain. Not COMPLETELY gone - but TOLERABLE. I try it at night before bed and in the morning after getting up. I wish I had known about this technique many years ago, but now I am sincerely grateful.
