Easy to use very satisfied
Wanted to give my son something like a Fitbit for Christmas. He was recently diagnosed with prediabetes, which was important to me. This allowed us to set reminders in the app. Every 4 hours his device turns off and he knows he needs to take a 15 minute walk on the Treadclimber. However, you can add notifications for anything you want. If he's still within 15 minutes, he'll beep to remind him to get up and move. It also records his heart rate.
