Very cute dress but too big
This dress is very cute and bright. I really like this dress so I'm giving 5 stars even though it is is too big for me. I'm on the smaller side of a size 0 so I prayed to see if it would actually be snug enough. If it's smaller I'll definitely keep it as it's cute.
